WE R MEMORY KEEPERS Office and Exterior Renovations

	Exterior tilt-up slabs before renovations and improvements.	Exterior tilt-up slabs after re-painting and replacing the sign.	The project involved a complete transformation of the office areas on two floors of the building, formerly Hiller Bookbinding. Upon examination it was discovered that the original wood joists above the dropped ceiling of the main floor were of high quality, and exposure would give the office areas a more open feeling. New finishes throughout, a facelift of paint and signage to the exterior and some re-formatting of the office entry walls updated the building so much that neighbors around the facility came over to introduce themselves thinking a new building had been built. 	Office Entry before renovations and improvements.	Office Entry after removing the lay-in ceiling to expose the wood joists, adding tile to the entry, changing the furniture and adding a new reception desk with lighting.
	Kitchen / Meeting Area before renovations and improvements.	Kitchen / Meeting Area after replacing the lay-in ceiling, replacing the carpet with vinyl tile over a poured gypcrete sub-base, re-painting and replacing the casework.
	Conference Room before renovations and improvements.	Conference Room after removing and renovating some cabinetry, removing the lay-in ceiling to expose the wood joists, re-painting and providing new furniture.
