The scope of work consists of Improvement to the mailroom at the Taylorsville State Office Building & storage room at 250 N state mail facility (same building as State Library Division)

 

The trades involved in this project are demolition, architectural woodwork, doors & frames, drywall & frames, ceilings, flooring & rubber base, paint, wall protection, storage specialties, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm devices.

City Of Cedar Hills Renovation

ENTELEN Design-Build, LLC is pursuing a project with the City of Cedar Hills, the City of Cedar Hills Renovation project. The scope of work consists of remodel of an existing fire station garage bays and basement into office, bathrooms, and multipurpose space including new framing, exterior siding, exterior windows, doors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and full interior finishes.

 

Addendum #1

·         We are eliminating the vestibule from this phase of the bidding process.

·         8” baseboards instead of 6” baseboards. 

·         No vestibule will included for this project. 

·         Optional bid item--bid on drywall ceiling with blown in R60 rated insulation above drywall ceiling for office area/ and any space in garage bay that is not multipurpose room area.

·         The new basement bathroom is to the left of the existing bathroom, so the plumbing of each bathroom will be back-to-back.  The existing basement bathroom is being modified to include a mop closet.

American Red Cross Murray Building Renovations

The scope of work consists of interior and exterior renovation of the existing 50,000 square foot American Red Cross building in Murray, UT. Construction is to be preformed in 8 phases including add alternates. Please see sheet G3.00 for the complete phasing schedule.

 

Phase 1A- Update server room & telecom racks

Phase 2A- Build out new IRL lab space

Phase 3A- Build out CGWP and admin office

Phase 3A-1- Build out facility work area

Phase 4A- Area of no architectural work except painting and ceilings as required for sprinkler and HVAC     

Warehouse- Base bid- Demo of first floor area, mezzanine and office areas on that level are to remain.

 

Add Alternates:

Alternate 01- Provide performance bond and payment bond

Alternate 02- Deductive alternate - provide plastic laminate (plam) countertops at all location in lieu of solid   surface with reception desk countertop to remain solid surface. This alternate does not apply                         to the lab   casework countertops.

Alternate 03- Deductive alternate - provide 2"x6" vinyl rail with rubber base in lieu of plywood
 wainscoting detail and wood base.

Fielding-Garr Ranch Historic Blacksmith Shop Stabilization

Garr Ranch blacksmith shop was originally built in the 1880s. This project is to help preserve the history of this site by keeping this building from ruin. The scope of work is to stabilize the structure and prevent further damage from existing cracking in the masonry.

The scope of work consists of the new construction of a 2,800-square-foot retail building. The proposed building will be constructed within an existing parking lot, requiring demolition of asphalt and concrete to clear the site. A new sewer lateral and grease trap will be installed. The building will be delivered as a grey shell in anticipation of future tenant improvements.
