Remodel of an existing shop mechanical shop to the new Advanced Practice Lab.

Demolition of 2,500 sf of existing finishes.

New finishes throughout including walls, floors, ceilings, and paint. 4 new rooms to be built: philbotomy, faculty office, training room and reagent room. Extensive new mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes.

The building is to stay operational durring construction.

Demolition, doors, drywall and metal stud, ceilings, flooing, paint, countertops, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm.
