Project Description:

Site encompasses structures to be demolished for the new building. There are three levels with level 1 at approximately 6000 SF and levels 2 & 3 at approximately 12,000 SF each, there will be 3 drive through lanes and 1 ATM lane. The structure is a moment frame steel structure with a composite metal deck construction. Exterior cladding includes Indiana Limestone, Face Brick Masonry, Copper Metal Panels, Storefront and Curtain Wall Glazing. Two Egress stairs and one elevator.

A multi-phase project focusing on structural repairs, exterior woodwork, roofing, and fencing for two nationally registered historic apartment buildings—the Sampson and Altadena—located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project, divided into two stages, includes the structural rebuild of the Sampson building's Northeast Balcony and roofing work in the first stage, with additional repairs and restoration for the concrete stairs, exterior woodwork, painting, roofing and fencing in the second stage.
