Demolition of existing Asphalt, Utilities, Concrete Curb/Gutter, Fences, Landscaping, etc. as shown on plans.  Field verify exact locations.                                                                                                                    1b. Construction of New Vehicle Storage Building, Asphalt, Utilities, Concrete Curb/Gutter, Fences, Landscaping, etc. as shown on plans.
1c. Construction of new pump room, building, utilities, concrete slab etc., as shown on plans.
1d. Construction of new Asphalt Drive approach with connection to Sage Lane, Concrete Curb/Gutter, Fences, Gates, Landscaping, Etc.,

1E. Existing Vehicle Storage Building, Asphalt, access paths, utilities, fences, etc., are to remain in operation during Phase I Construction.  Protect During Construction.

 

Phase 2 - Work to Include:                                                                                                                                  2a. Demolition of existing vehicle storage building, asphalt, utilities, concrete curb/gutter, fences, landscaping, paint, striping, etc. As shown on plans.  Field verify exact locations.                                            2b. Construction of new concrete wall w/ wash wands, Asphalt, utilities, concrete curb/gutter, fences, gate, irrigation, landscaping, new concrete waterway, etc. as shown on plans.                                                          2c.  Construction of new paint striping as shown on plans.                                                                                2d. New Vehicle Storage Building, Asphalt Access Paths, Utilities, Fences, Etc. are to remain in operation during Phase

2e. Construction.  Protect during construction.

The construction schedule is as Follows.

1. Base Bid: Construction phasing as shown on sheet G103.
a. Substantial completion date of July 31, 2022
b. Liquidated Damages  $1000.00 per calendar day
2. Alternate: No construction phasing, with demolition of existing building & new
construction to occur as needed by the contractor (& coordinated with the owner).
